1.An flying shear is an equipment on which moving rolling pieces can be cut according to the required process and is one of the indispensable and key devices for the continuous rolling production line and also is a more complex machine with mechatronics controlled, with the feature of starting-up and braking frequently under the small inertia and shearign under the large inertia.

The process of flying shears includes: the rolling pieces on the rolling production line can be performed by cutting head, cutting tail, cutting length, and trouble removal and shearing the rolling samples.
